Data we collect
We collect data you provide through forms and communication, including name, email address, telephone number, company and job title. Technical data is collected through cookies (see our cookie policy).
Purpose
Data is used to contact you about requested material, service delivery, customer relationships, invoicing, marketing (with consent) and legal compliance.
Legal basis
Processing is based on consent, contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest depending on the context.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Marketing contacts are deleted no later than 24 months after the most recent contact where there is no active customer relationship.
Sharing with third parties
Personal data is not shared for marketing purposes. We share information with service providers (email, CRM, analytics) and with authorities where legally required. All providers are covered by data processing agreements.
International transfers
Providers outside the UK operate under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
